Cleaning

Please do not use abrasive materials such as steel wool to scrub, as this may cause damage and scratches. It is recommended to use neutral detergents like dish soap and a soft cloth for cleaning. The temperature difference should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. For tough stains, you can clean with lemon juice or vinegar.

Maintenance

If there are minor scratches on the glaze surface, you can gently wipe them with a soft cloth dipped in toothpaste. During cleaning and usage, avoid bumps and knocks to prevent damage to the glaze.

Black Spots / Pores / Bubbles

Due to manufacturing processes and high-temperature firing, porcelain may develop black spots. Tiny pores and bubbles can occur during the body firing process; these are common occurrences in porcelain.

Unglazed Bottom

The bottom of the porcelain that comes into contact with the work surface cannot be glazed due to the firing process, resulting in a somewhat rough texture that serves as an anti-slip feature. This is not a quality issue.

Hand-Crafted Decoration

Some products may display uneven placement of decorative paper, which cannot achieve the same precision as machine-made items.
